Basics of resistance training for women, focus on problematic body parts, theory and practice, stretching methods.

Training focused on: building strength,  tightening problematic body parts, body shaping, improving body posture.

Functional training

Training focused on improving strength, condition and flexibility. In case there is a gym available, the training can be done for a larger group of people. Total number of participants would then be divided into two groups, competing against each other in strength and conditioning disciplines.
